Ceetrus, the developer of Cartier Coresi – Romania’s largest urban regeneration project, has inaugurated a 1,300 sqm co-working space dedicated to the Brasov business community. The space is located on the ground floor of the H1 office building, a 15,000 sqm class A office building, part of the Coresi Business Campus Brasov.
Located in Brasov’s most dynamic office park, The Business Factory co-working space has an area of approximately 1,300 sqm, distributed over one floor. The project also includes a conference room, and the entire area is structured to accommodate 130 offices, both in the open space area and in private spaces, where only companies or individuals who rent them have access. The Business Factory includes two meeting rooms, a library, an open space area for informal meetings and a kitchen, all of which comply with the new social distancing measures.
The new co-working space is the third Ceetrus space dedicated to communities, after the projects Cartier Hub Drumul Taberelor through NOD Makerspace and Cartier Hub Coresi through Learnexx. While the first two spaces are dedicated to the neighbourhood communities, The Business Factory is dedicated to specialists in different fields who will want to carry out their daily work in a modern, dynamic, comfortable environment, with a range of services available on a subscription basis. The promise of The Business Factory is besides offering the best working conditions complying with the Class A office standard and access to a consulting platform for start-ups or freelancers that will provide services in the financial, legal, marketing area.
The project aims to contribute to the development of the business environment in Brasov, to stimulate the business component, the entrepreneurial environment and local leadership, achieving this by facilitating networking between co-workers through thematic events.
The Business Factory is located on the ground floor of the 15,000 square meter Class A building, completed in the summer of 2018. At the moment, the office complex in Brasov covers an area of 60,000 square meters. Coresi Business Campus comprises a balanced mix of industrial space conversions into Class A office space and new buildings in which 30 national or international companies with 6,000 employees operate.
Extra info
Ceetrus was established in Romania in January 2012 and manages a portfolio of 23 shopping centres nationwide and the mixed-use project Cartier Coresi – the largest urban regeneration project in the country. Cartier Coresi integrates the unity of the three entities developed by Ceetrus: Coresi Shopping Resort, Coresi Avantgarden (together with Kasper Development) and Coresi Business Campus (together with Ascenta). Our aim is for it to become a meeting place of innovation, entrepreneurial courage and community attitude in support of people.
In spring 2019, Ceetrus completed the third phase of development of the Coresi Business Campus project, represented by the H1 building, with a surface area of 15,000 square meters, a height regime of P+4, and is now inaugurating the co-working space The Business Factory, which integrates this building.
The concept proposed by Ceetrus is to offer class A services, with a modern equipped space and access to a networking network in the co-working space. The project includes both business and conference space (entrepreneurship, leadership). This space is created based on the human component and the needs of those who will work here, including afterwork events for relaxation in the weekly agenda. The coworking space complements the office campus, and now Coresi Business Campus also caters for start-ups and smaller companies or even freelancers.
Coresi Business Campus is also one of the office parks in Romania with the largest green spaces, totalling 20,000 sqm. Ceetrus Romania continues to animate the office project, with plans to expand to 100,000 square meters.
The Coresi project, developed on 120 hectares, brings together daily, in an integrated eco-system, about 9000 people working or living in the Coresi district, and Ceetrus’ mission is to develop and animate the district in harmony with the city and the region by improving the mix of functionalities and living experiences in the district in the coming years.
