THE STORY

Nhood – A New Name

Backed by 45 Years of Experience
While the name Nhood may be new, our story is built on a solid history and continuous evolution spanning over four decades. Our vision is future-oriented, but our roots are deeply grounded in expertise and innovation.

2021
Nhood is founded

Following the merger of the two real estate companies owned by the Mulliez Family Holding – Ceetrus and Nodi – Nhood Services is born: a new mixed real estate services platform, specialized in urban regeneration, and active in real estate development and asset promotion, with the ambition to become one of the leading players in the sector at an international level.

2018
Ceetrus is created

Immochan rebrands as Ceetrus, focusing on real estate management and mixed-used project development.

2012- 2018
Immochan continues to expand

Immochan continues to expand its portfolio of shopping centers and invests in new projects — marking one of its most dynamic and prolific periods of growth.

2012
Immochan becomes the owner of the Tractorul industrial platform in Brașov

Immochan becomes the owner of the Tractorul industrial platform in Brașov, which is transformed into Coresi District (Cartier Coresi). In Bucharest, Immochan initiates its first spin-off real estate activity, and by July 2013 becomes co-owner of the Crângași shopping gallery and sublessor for passive lease assets – Titan and Pitești.

2007
Immochan enters the Romanian

Immochan enters the Romanian market, initially managing shopping galleries adjacent to Auchan hypermarkets.

1976
Immochan is founded

Immochan was established to develop, expand, and manage the real estate branch of Auchan Holding, owned by the Mulliez family (AFM).
